Buying software
Your product seller is identified on each listing and receipt. Product licence, support and update terms are supplied by that seller and preserved with your purchase. Applicable consumer rights are not waived by these draft terms.
Intermediary and tax responsibilities
Outlaw Panda operates the marketplace. Its tax responsibilities require separate review and are not determined solely by the payment charge type.
Software safety
Sellers must own the rights to distribute their software. Unsafe or infringing releases can be withdrawn. Do not upload code designed to compromise systems.
