Who am I buying from?
The named developer is the seller. Outlaw Panda operates the marketplace. A cart containing several sellers requires a separate payment to each seller.
How are files checked?
Uploads enter quarantine. ZIP safety checks, metadata validation, malware scanning and moderation must pass before a release can be distributed. These checks cannot guarantee that software is free of defects or security issues.
What happens if one payment fails?
Successful seller payments remain confirmed. The order shows what has been paid and what needs another attempt. Downloads are enabled only for confirmed items.
What are the seller fees?
Standard commission is 15% of the original item price. Any agreed seller override is shown in the seller workspace. Seller-funded discounts reduce the seller’s share. Sellers pay provider processing fees. Commission is returned proportionally on refunds. The seller chargeback policy is £5.00 plus the provider’s actual dispute fee; automated collection is not yet enabled.
How do I request support or a refund?
Open a conversation from your purchase. You can request an item refund and escalate a conversation for marketplace review. Terms depend on the product and applicable consumer rights.
